Internationally certified Cyclic Yoga Instructor Elham Ayoubi will collaborate with Eyenga to offer three very special and individualized restorative sessions in the studio!

CYCLIC YOGA AND ART - Find your inner artist through yoga and painting

 Workshop 1  -  awareness and creativity: September 14th  10-1

Workshop 2 - calmness and imagination: October 19th 10-1

Workshop 3 – deep meditation and activation: November 16th 10-1

 Cost: $150/per session. Three sessions for $400.00

 

Instructors:

Elham Ayoubi moved to the United States from Iran a year and a half ago. She has been teaching Cyclic yoga and helping people change their lives through yoga for twenty years. She has a Masters in Clinical Psychology and is the Founder of the Persian Yoga Center which she created to help people use cyclic yoga to find their inner peace. The Persian Yoga Center is a place for people to come and relax and find the best version of themselves. Elham loves to spend time with her family, practice yoga in her free time, and always furthering her education. Elham loves swimming, hiking and enjoying nature. Elham loves children and has a passion for their education and well being. Minnesota has become a great second home!

Eyenga Bokamba is an abstract painter and writer with a background in performance art based in Minneapolis. Among her accomplishments are four solo shows in the US and one in Italy, a Bush Leadership Fellowship in 2006 and serving as a board member on the National Performance Network/Visual Arts Network. Eyenga creates abstract works using a multimedia approach, and she is most curious about the edges where colors meet. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Harvard University Graduate School of Education. Bokamba says, ”The act of creating inviting, transformative, reflective spaces allows me to inhabit multiple identities in new ways, which impacts my ability to participate in the current national conversation on race, power and privilege.”
